All items are ordered or made custom and special. With the nature of our business, All orders are a Final Sale. Please make sure you measure and read the description of the product and scroll through the images to see the sizing specs. We do not stock inventory,  For that reason items are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. If there is a defect, please allow for 14 business days to allow us to replace the damaged goods.  After 14 days, we will be glad to refund you.
